Korieo Community Docs

Best practices

Keep Korieo practical, current, and focused on product-operations alignment.

Start with clear product context

Choose a focused product area and document the mission, audience, objective, constraints, and current decisions before connecting roadmap or repository activity.

Keep Product Truth current

Update Product Truth when strategy, scope, customers, constraints, or implementation realities change. Stale context creates stale plans and documents.

Connect roadmap items to objectives

Every roadmap item should have a clear reason to exist. Link items to objectives, problems, themes, or decisions so reviews remain grounded.

Review generated documentation before sharing

Treat generated documents as drafts. Human reviewers should confirm accuracy, positioning, owners, and unsupported claims before publishing or sending.

Use repository signals as evidence, not as the whole story

Pull requests, commits, and releases can show activity, but they do not fully explain customer value, priority changes, or product tradeoffs.

Avoid positioning Korieo as a replacement for every existing tool

Korieo is focused on connecting product context, planning, documentation, and execution visibility. Keep specialized systems in place where they remain useful.
