Users & access

Understand Community user limits and how Korieo roles and access expand on multi-user plans.

Community owner

Your Community workspace has one active login. The person who signs up is the workspace owner.

You can record directory-only people where supported. They can be referenced in work but cannot sign in and do not become Korieo users.

Community does not allow new or resent login invitations. Move to a plan that supports additional users before inviting teammates to sign in.

Multi-user plans use tenant roles and scoped access to control what people can administer, edit, or view across products and Customer Accounts.
